Three years ago, Sporting Lunch began, bringing together the worlds of sport and business to make a difference. Today, we’re proud to celebrate our third edition, which has more than doubled in attendance since our first event.

In 2026, together we raised an incredible £15,305.80 for the Michael Carrick Foundation and welcomed another sporting icon to the stage – Sir Geoff Hurst – joining an outstanding lineup of past guests including Paul Allott, Billy Foster, and David Lloyd.

What a brilliant Sporting Lunch 2026! A room full of sporting legends, business leaders, and a community united for a great cause.

We’re proud to see Sporting Lunch continue as a sell-out staple – bringing together people across sport, business, and the local community who share the same passion and purpose.

From great conversations to fundraising and entertainment, it was a day that truly showcased the power of sport to connect people.
